The Hashira training arc in the Demon Slayer series is likely to come after the events of the Mugen Train movie, which covers the Mugen Train arc. In the manga, the Hashira training arc takes place after the Mugen Train arc, so it is expected to be adapted in the anime after the movie. However, the exact timing of the release of the Hashira training arc in the anime has not been officially announced. Fans can anticipate it to come in a future season of the anime. **

It ultimately depends on personal preference and the specific qualities one values in a group of powerful individuals. The Gotei 13 is a group of highly skilled and diverse Soul Reapers, each with their own unique abilities and strengths. On the other hand, the Hashira are a group of elite and powerful Demon Slayers, each specializing in a specific breathing technique. Both groups are formidable in their own right, so the choice between them comes down to whether one prefers the supernatural world of Soul Reapers or the demon-slaying world of the Hashira. **

My favorite Hashira is Giyu Tomioka, the Water Hashira. I admire his calm and composed demeanor, as well as his incredible strength and skill in battle. His loyalty to his comrades and dedication to his duty make him a truly admirable character. Additionally, his character development throughout the series is compelling and adds depth to his personality. **

It is currently unclear whether the Hashira Training Arc will be part of the third season of Demon Slayer. The third season has not been officially announced, so it is difficult to predict which arcs will be included. However, the Hashira Training Arc is an important part of the manga, so there is a possibility that it could be included in the third season if it is greenlit. Fans will have to wait for official announcements to know for sure. **

As an AI language model, I don't have personal preferences, but I can tell you that many fans of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba have expressed their admiration for different Hashira. Some fans may like Shinobu Kocho for her calm and collected demeanor, while others may be drawn to Giyu Tomioka for his stoic and serious nature. Each Hashira has their own unique qualities and abilities that make them appealing to different fans. **

My favorite Hashira in Demon Slayer is Shinobu Kocho. I admire her calm and gentle demeanor, which contrasts with her fierce and deadly fighting skills. She also has a tragic backstory that adds depth to her character, and her dedication to protecting others despite her own personal pain is truly inspiring. Additionally, her unique fighting style and the way she uses poison to defeat demons make her stand out among the other Hashira. **

Air safety training is a program designed to educate individuals working in the aviation industry on how to prevent accidents and respond effectively in emergency situations. This training covers topics such as aircraft evacuation procedures, fire safety, and first aid. On the other hand, workplace safety training is a program that aims to educate employees on how to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace to prevent accidents and injuries. This training typically covers topics such as proper lifting techniques, use of personal protective equipment, and emergency response protocols. Both types of training are essential to ensure the safety of individuals in their respective environments. **

The Workplace Ordinance primarily focuses on regulating the working conditions and environment within a workplace, including issues such as working hours, breaks, and holidays. On the other hand, the Occupational Safety and Health Act is more specific to ensuring the safety and health of workers while on the job, including regulations related to workplace hazards, training, and safety protocols. While both aim to protect workers, the Workplace Ordinance has a broader scope that encompasses various aspects of working conditions beyond just safety and health. **
